Welcome to the LGRAAMH Blog section. The purpose of this section of our website is to provide a space for anyone to anonymously (or not!) give ideas, advice, ask questions, tell their story, speak their mind on certain news or media, or whatever deem fit!
View this as a sort of community where athletes (and non athletes) everywhere can bounce off of one another. Have you never dealt with mental illness and want to learn more about it? Ask! Want suggestions on different self care techniques and coping mechanisms? Have an idea for a podcast? Comment away!
In addition to that, feedback for me is MUCH appreciated. This blog section, actually, was born from a suggestion made to me by Hope Walinski, one of our athlete mental health ambassadors. I'm always open to constructive criticism or any comments you may have for me!
In typical first post fashion, what do you guys want to see out of this blog in it's infancy? What do you have the most need for? Coping techniques, different types of advice, etc.. Let me know! I'm so excited to be on this journey with you all.
